FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS …
Here are my FAQs and Pricing deatils. Please do not hesitate to send me an email if you have any other questions.
How many sessions will I need?
This will be agreed between us at the initial assessment session.
How much do you charge per session?
This ranges from £70 for an individual counselling session to £80 for a large family counselling session. Couples counselling sessions are £80 each. 1st session for families and couples is 90 minutes and is charged at £100 (1st session only).
Where will the sessions take place?
All Mediation and Counselling sessions will either take place online via Zoom or at my office located in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
Do you offer any discounted rates?
Special rates are available to students and non employed persons on application.
Can I use my health insurance for your services?
Yes you can. I am recognised by the following health insurance companies. BUPA, AXA, AVIVA and VITALITY.
Do I have to be referred by a doctor?
No. You can make an appointment with me at any time. However, there might be circumstances in which it may be advisable to advise your doctor and this is something that can be discussed during counselling.
How do I know these services are right for me?
The first session is an assessment session. This will enable both of us to decide whether we are able to work together.
Is everything discussed in our sessions kept confidential?
All sessions are confidential, and this will apply to any records which are kept In Accordance with the Data Protection Act ( ICO), and if Confidentiality has to be broken due to danger to self, I will endeavour to inform you, my client, before doing so and in most cases it will be the GP, or if you are a minor a parent or guardian.
